It’s with broken hearts we announce that the Lord has called Susan “Susie” Wozney (Stohl) home. Susie passed away August 29, 2026 at Parkview Care Center in Buffalo, Minn., after a brief illness.
Susan Ellen was born October 12, 1945 to father, Helmer Stohl, and mother, Ida Stohl (Jacobson), in Minneapolis, Minn.
Moving from Golden Valley, Minn., to Medicine Lake, Minn., she eventually moved to Annandale/South Haven, Minn., on Clearwater Lake where she enjoyed her final years. At 80 years young, she kept her wit and sharpness about her.
She was preceded in passing by her father, mother, two brothers, Bruce and Dave, and many relatives, friends and neighbors.
She is survived by her only child, Sharon Dube (Wozney) (Tony), grandson, Shane Wozney and granddaughter, Sky Dube, great grandchildren, and many nephews, nieces and cousins.
There will be a Remembrance of Life for Sue at the Waterfront Restaurant on Clearwater Lake October 18, 2026, from 12 to 3 p.m. to cherish our memories of time spent with her.
