Amanda J. Walker

Amanda J. Walker, age 33, of Clearwater, died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at her home.

Memorial services were  held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, at Tri-County Alliance Church in Clearwater with Pastor David Fogal officiating.

Visitation was held one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials are preferred in support of Amanda’s family.

Amanda Jean Evans was born on April 25, 1991, in Albert Lea, Minnesota. As a baby, she was adopted by Dean Evans and Dawn Premo. She grew up in the Twin Cities metro area and was a 2009 graduate of Coon Rapids High School. On Aug. 26, 2017, Amanda was united in marriage to Jammey Walker at Word of Life Church in Coon Rapids. They made their home in Clearwater, along with their six children.

Amanda was a spirited soul known for her innate kindness and unwavering dedication to her six children. She approached motherhood with a love that knew no bounds, nurturing her family with compassion and laughter. Her commitment to her children was evident in every aspect of her life, and she found immense joy in simply being their mother. Amanda brought joy and warmth to all who had the privilege of knowing her. In reflecting on Amanda’s legacy, we remember her laughter, her kindness, and the love that radiated from her heart.

In her professional life, Amanda worked for various companies. Over the years, she embraced various roles, proving her adaptability and strong work ethic. Amanda had a unique ability to connect with people and had a love for shopping. She often shared and caught up on experiences with friends and family through social media.

Amanda is survived by her loving husband, Jammey Walker of Clearwater; children, Jewel, Jazmin, Kylie, Aubrey, Dominick, and Preston; her parents, Dean Evans and Dawn Premo; siblings, Scott and Jessie Evans; nephew, Oliver Baldwin; grandmother, Barbara Evans; mother-in-law, Joanne Hicks; and aunts, uncles, other family members and loving friends.

She was preceded in death by her birth mother, Velda; brother-in-law, Carl Bahlmann; and grandparents, Betty and Bud Premo, and Benjamin Evans; and uncle, Tom Evans.
