In recent years, Annandale residents have seen an increase in the number or various types of four-wheel vehicles on city streets that are neither cars nor trucks or something in between. They fall into a class of people and other stuff movers known as ATVs (all-terrain vehicles) or UTVs (utility task vehicles), also referred to as side by sides and golf carts.
