The Annandale School Board accepted a resignation from a board member Monday, Feb. 26, at its regular meeting held at Annandale Elementary School. The board also hired a new high school principal who will take over next fall for the retiring Steve Scherber. Those were among other items that were acted on Monday.
In a communication to the board and in a phone call with the Advocate, Paul Zabinski said it was best to resign his seat.
Zabinski served more than 10 years on the board and was elected in 2012. His most recent term was set to expire at the end of this year.
