The Annandale United Methodist Church received a new minister, Pastor Mark Schlasner. He replaces Pastor Paul Baker, who recently retired. He currently serves both the Annandale and Montrose Methodist churches. “It can be difficult, but both churches have very active and helpful parishioners,” he said. “I’m still learning the needs of both communities and learning about the churches’ strengths.
