PETITION FOR PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that on October 13, 2026 at 9:00 am, a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at 3700 Braddock Avenue, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, April 11, 2022, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Allen Jones, as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to
administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Corinna Township Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment will convene on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM at Corinna Town Hall, 9801 Ireland Ave, Annandale to conduct the following public hearing(s):

Requests related to the replacement of an existing dwelling. Approvals required include a Variance to construct a 6-bedroom, two-story dwelling with partial basement and lakeside open deck and covered porch approximately 65 feet from Sugar Lake (min. 75 ft required) and a new septic drainfield to be approximately 15 feet from a dwelling (min. 20 ft required), 5.6 feet from a road right of way (min. 10 ft required) and 8.2 feet from a side lot line (min. 10 ft required). All citizens of the Clearwater River Watershed District are invited to attend the public hearing. The Board will vote to approve or amend this budget at the hearing with a resolution as follows:
RESOLUTION 2026-01 ADOPTING THE CLEARWATER RIVER WATERSHED DISTRICT’S 2027 BUDGET, GENERAL AD VALOREM LEVY, SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS, SEWER UTILITY BILLING RATE SCHEDULE, AND CERTIFICATION DATE OF DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS AND UNPAID SPECIAL ASSESSMENT ROLLS TO APPLICABLE COUNTIES
WHEREAS, the Board of Managers for the Clearwater River Watershed District (CRWD) has prepared a proposed budget for the CRWD for 2027; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Managers for the CRWD has held a public hearing on the proposed budget hearing pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 103D.911; and, WHEREAS, the Rules and Regulations of the CRWD require the Board of Managers to adopt a sewer utility rate schedule, and to set a certification date for collection of delinquent sewer utility accounts to the applicable county; and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Managers for the Clearwater River Watershed District as follows, that:
The proposed 2027 Budget for the CRWD, as noticed publicly in legal newspapers, is hereby adopted in the amount of $956,038.
The proposed 2027 general ad valorem levy of $250,000 is hereby adopted.
The General Fund budget, in the amount of $250,000 is adopted as follows:
Governance: $35,000
Admin & General: $64,000
Tech & Engineering: $35,000
Operations & Maintenance: $6,000
Water Quality Monitoring: $60,000
Other Special Projects: $25,000
Capital Outlays: $25,000
The following special assessments are levied as follows:
2027 Lake Augusta Bog Control O&M: $2,500
2027 Clearwater and Grass Lakes Bog Control O&M: $12,000
2027 Pleasant Lake Outlet O&M: $9,000
2027 School Section Lake Outlet O&M Assessment: $7,700
2027 Clearwater Chain of Lakes (1980) O&M Assessment: $176,000
2027 Project #06-1 O&M Assessment: $95,000
2027 Cedar Lake AIS O&M Assessment: $32,000
2027 Louisa & Marie Lake AIS O&M Assessment: $38,250
2027 Lake Augusta Aquatic Invasive Species O&M Assessment: $2,500
The 2027 sewer utility billing rate schedule is adopted as follows:
Hidden River Sewer System: $294.00 per quarter ($222.00 to General O&M; $72.00 to Nitrogen Mitigation O&M Fund)
Rest-A-While Sewer System: $239.00 per quarter
Clearwater Harbor Sewer System: $166.00 per quarter ($94.00 to General O&M; $72.00 to Nitrogen Mitigation O&M Fund)
Wandering Pond Sewer System: $215.00 per quarter
The certification date of collection to the applicable counties for collection as part of 2027 property taxes for 2026 delinquent sewer utility accounts is November 30, 2026.
At the time of budget adoption, the managers also may approve administrative adjustments of benefited property status
