Notice is hereby given to the voters of Southside Township, Wright County, Minnesota, that the Township Clerk/Treasurer will be accepting Affidavits of Candidacy for those wanting to file for the office of Township Supervisor Seat 3 for a 4 year term. Filing period begins 07/14/2026 and runs through 07/28/2026 at 5:00 p.m. There is a $2.00 filing fee. Candidate withdrawal period ends 07/30/2026. INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT
WITH A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY
TO THE C-3 HIGHWAY
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
AND REMOVING THE PLANNED UNIT

The Council of the City of Annandale, Minnesota does hereby ordain: Section 1. The City of Annandale received a request to change the zoning classification of the following legally described property (the “Property”): Lot One (1), Block One (1), ANNANDALE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Wright County, Minnesota. LESS AND EXCEPT: That part of said Lot One (1), Block One (1), ANNANDALE BUSINESS PARK SECOND ADDITION, Wright County, Minnesota, which lies northwesterly of the following described line: Commencing at the most westerly corner of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence on an assumed bearing of South 62 degrees 53 minutes 23 seconds East, along the southwesterly line of said Lot 1, Block 1, a distance of 208.64 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence North 27 degrees 06 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 302.31 feet to the north line of said Lot 1, Block 1 and said line there terminating. Section 2. The City of Annandale hereby amends the zoning map for the Property from I-1, Industrial to C-3, Highway Commercial District. Section 3. The City of Annandale hereby removes the Property from the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Overlay District established by Ordinance No. 278. Upon the effective date of this Ordinance, any provisions from the PUD Overlay District within Ordinance No. 278 shall no longer apply to the Property. Section 4. The City of Annandale Zoning Administrator is hereby directed to make the appropriate changes to the official zoning map of the City of Annandale to reflect the change in zoning classifications as set forth above. Section 5. A copy of this Ordinance and the updated map shall be kept on file at the Annandale City Hall. Section 6. This Ordinance shall be effective upon its passage and publication. Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following elections and meeting movements: The Public Accuracy Test of the ES&S AutoMARK, assisted voting device for the PNP election will be held on Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 immediately after the August Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain that the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend.
