2.Jacobson moved to approve and adopt the Resolution Awarding the Sale Of General Obligation Facilities Maintenance Bonds. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0. (roll call vote) Mealey, Muehring-Paulson, Dougherty, Jacobson, Witherbee and Jones.
D.Muehring-Paulson moved to approve and adopt the May Resolution Accepting Donations. Jacobson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
E.Mealey moved to approve the Annandale Education Association 25-27 Contract. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
F.Mealey moved to approve and adopt the resolution to terminate the contract(s) of a probationary teacher(s). Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
1.Dana Pearson (roll call vote) Mealey, Muehring-Paulson, Dougherty, Jacobson, Witherbee and Jones.
G.Mealey moved to approve four policies in the review cycle. Witherbee seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
10.Information Items
A.The next monthly meeting will be at the Annandale Elementary School on Monday, June 29, 2026 at 7:00 pm (was previously scheduled for June 22) held in person in the media center.
11.Mealey made a motion to adjourn at 7:59 pm. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

ANNANDALE CITY COUNCIL
June 8, 2026
CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL / ADOPT AGENDA
The City Council of Annandale, Minnesota met for a regular meeting on June 8, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers. Mayor Shelly Jonas called the meeting to order. Council Members Present: Tina Honsey, JT Grundy, Corey Czycalla and Shelly Jonas. City Council Members Absent: Matthew WuolletAlso present were: City Administrator Kelly Hinnenkamp, Police Chief Pete Standafer, Community Development Director Jacob Thunander, Public Works Director Joe Haller, Fire Chief Kris Townsend, Assistant Engineer Nick Peterson, the Annandale Advocate and members of the public.

A motion was made by Honsey and seconded by Czycalla to adopt the agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously. All motions are approved unanimously unless otherwise noted.

A motion was made by Czycalla and seconded by Honsey to approve the minutes of the May 11,2026 meeting.

NEW BUSINESS
Police Body Worn and Squad Camera Purchase- Standafer presented the proposals. A motion was made by Grundy and seconded by Czycalla to approve the proposal from Motorola for Body Worn and Squad Cameras as presented.
Quotes for Roof Repairs at Water Treatment Plant- A motion was made by Czycalla and seconded by Honsey to approve the quote with Rainville Carlson as presented.
Signage at Annandale Municipal Park for Boat Rentals- Council reviewed the request. A motion was made by Honsey and seconded by Czycalla to approve the request as presented. The motion was approved on a 3-0-1 vote with Grundy abstaining.
MAYOR / COUNCIL REPORTS– None
ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Czycalla and seconded by Grundy to adjourn the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 7:02 P.M.

NOTICE OF FILING
CLEARWATER TOWNSHIP
The Township of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota, will have an election of township officers at the General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the town hall, to elect one supervisor for a four-year term Scott Miller, Supervisor A. One supervisor for a two-year term Fred Mische, Supervisor B. One clerk for a four-year term, Jean Just, Clerk.
Filings are to be made at the Clerk’s office at Clearwater Township Hall, 15015 State Hwy 24 NW, Clearwater, from July 14, 2026 to July 28, 2026. Office hours are Monday 8am-1pm, Wednesdays 8am-1pm and Tuesday, July 28, 2026, from 1pm-5pm. The last day for a candidate to withdraw from the election is Thursday, July 30, 2026 at 5pm. Filing fee is $2.
