Notice of Annual Town Meeting 2025
Notice is given to the residents of the Township of Southside, in the County of Wright and State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 11, 2025, in the case of inclement weather, the meeting may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.
The Annual Town Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law. The Annual Town Meeting will be held at the following location:

4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not answer within 21 days, you will lose this case. The object of this action is to correct ambiguous language in the recorded plat of JOHNSON PARK and JOHNSON PARK 2ND ADDITION and the lots within said plats are uncertain due to the age and ambiguity of the data within said plats. There are also differing descriptions for the vacated roadway area to be accrued to the subject property.

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on March 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 3700 Braddock Ave NE, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, September 2, 2020, and (“Will”), and for the appointment of Kari Lynn Rankin, whose address is 6245 Karston Drive NE, Albertville, MN, 55301 and Ryan Scott Janicula, whose address is 12107 63rd Street NE, Otsego, MN, 55301 as Personal Representatives of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
