The Township of Clearwater, Wright County, Minnesota, will have an election of township officers at the General Election on Tuesday, November 5th, 2024, at the town hall, to elect two supervisors for a four-year term and one Treasurer for a four-year term.
Canvassing Board will meet on November 7th, 2024at 6:00 p.m. to certify the official election results

CITY OF ANNANDALE
ORDINANCE NO. 419
Section 1. The Annandale City Code is hereby amended to include the following amendment summarized below:
The City of Annandale hereby amends Chapter 45 of City Code to include regulation of other vehicles defined as all-terrain vehicles, alternative vehicles, mini trucks and utility task vehicles.
Section 2. The full ordinance will be in effect on April 1, 2025.
Section 3. The full ordinance is available for review during regular office hours in the office of the City Clerk.

Requests related to the adjusting of a lot line. Approvals required include a Variance to transfer an approximate 3,050 sq ft portion of PID 206000053101 to PID 206000053301 and an approximate an approximate 18,240 sq ft portion of 206000053301 to 206000053101. The portions being transferred would result in each resulting parcel being entirely on one side of Knowles Ave NW instead of crossing the road. The City of Annandale hereby amends the Annandale Zoning Ordinance to include definitions and regulations for cannabis retail establishments, cultivators, transporters, and wholesaler uses.
Section 2. The full ordinance will be in effect on the date of publication.

CLEARWATER RIVER
WATERSHED DISTRICT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING REGARDING CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT UTILITY ACCOUNTS TO THE COUNTY FOR COLLECTION.
A public hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the Clearwater River Watershed District Office located at 93 Oak Avenue South Suite 5 at 6:00 pm to consider delinquent utility accounts for four communal sewer systems. All residents of the systems who have questions regarding their delinquent utility accounts should attend. If you have any questions, contact the District office at: (320) 274-3935.
