The Public Accuracy Test is open to the public.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to qualified voters of Albion Township, Wright County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Township Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 at 9020 30th St NW, Annandale.
In case of inclement weather, the election and meeting may be postponed until March 19th, 2024.
The election poll hours will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at which time the voters will elect: one Supervisor Seat A for a 3 year term and one Clerk for a 2 year term.
Absentee voting begins on Friday February 9th, 2024 and ends March 11th, 2024 at the Wright County Courthouse. Call Wright County Elections at 763-682-7578 for an absentee ballot. The Wright County Courthouse will also be open for in person absentee ballots from February 9th, 2024 thru March 11th, 2024, normal voting hours are 8am to 4:30pm and on Saturday March 9th, 2024 from 10am to 3pm. Monday March 11th, 2024 absentee voting hours will be 8am to 5pm.
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 pm on March 12th, 2024 to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Board of Canvass will meet on March 14th, 2024 after the Annual Meeting to certify the official election results.

MOVEMENT & PNP/TOWNSHIP ELECTIONS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of French Lake Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, of the following elections and meeting movements:
The regularly scheduled March township meeting has been moved from March 5, 2024 to February 29th, 2024 due to the Presidential Nomination Primary (PNP) election. The Public Accuracy Test of the ES&S AutoMARK, assisted voting device for the PNP election will be held on Thursday, February 29th, 2024 immediately after the moved March Township meeting at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall. The purpose of this testing is to ascertain that the equipment will correctly tabulate the votes cast for all races and candidates. The public is invited to attend. PNP Election will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Seven (7) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m.
Township Election will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. A single, 3 year term supervisor role is on the ballot. Voting will take place at the French Lake Township located at 3133 County Road 3 NW, Annandale, MN. If you require an absentee ballot, please contact the Wright County Auditor’s Office. The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The French Lake Township Annual Town Meeting will take place following the close of the polls. The Public Accuracy Test of the ES&S AutoMARK, assisted voting device will be held on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the French Lake Township Hall for the township election.

Notice is given that on March 25, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., a hearing will be held remotely via Zoom in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, November 17, 2023, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Scott G. Veal as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration.
Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate. MINUTES ANNANDALE CITY COUNCIL January 16, 2024
CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL: The City Council of Annandale, Minnesota met for a regular meeting on January 16, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall Council Chambers. Mayor Jonas called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
City Council Present: Jonas, Honsey, Grundy, Czycalla, Wuollet. City Council members absent None. Also, present were Administrator Hinnenkamp, Community Development Director Jacob Thunander, Assistant City Engineer Nick Peterson, Police Chief Pete Standafer, Officer Justin Goff, Fire Chief Kris Townsend, members of the public.
SET AGENDA: Staff requested the following item added under New Business Item D- Refuse Contract. A motion was made by Honsey and seconded by Wuollet to approve the agenda as amended. The motion carried unanimously.
All motions are approved unanimously unless otherwise noted.
MINUTES: A motion was made by Czycalla and seconded by Honsey to approve the minutes of December 13, 2023 meeting as presented.

Consider Zoning Text Amendment- Cannabis Licensing- The Council reviewed the request
and recommendation from the Planning Commission. The applicant Andy Frei provided addition information regarding why their request should be approved. A motion was made by Jonas and seconded by Honsey to deny the request for Zoning Text Amendment related to Cannabis Licensing.
Consider Proposal for K-9 Program- Council reviewed the proposal presented by Chief Standafer. A motion was made by Wuollet and seconded by Grundy to approve the K-9 Program and directed staff to work with the Finance Committee to present the funding at the March meeting.
Resolution 24-08 Authorizing Purchase of Products and Services– A motion was made by Wuollet and seconded by Honsey to approve Resolution Authorizing Purchase of Products and Services. ROLL CALL: Ayes: Honsey, Czycalla, Wuollet, Grundy. Nays: None. Absent: None. Abstain: Jonas. Resolution 23-73 adopted on a 5-aye, 0-nay, 0-absent, 1-abstain vote.
Refuse and Recycling Contract- A motion was made by Grundy and seconded by Honsey to approve the five year contract effective 1/1/24 as presented.
MAYOR/COUNCIL REPORTS:
Chief Townsend informed the Council the department has a life saving CPR event over the holidays. Overall in 2023 the department was down approximately 60 calls. Informed the Council of a recent accident on TH 24.

Moved by Honsey and seconded by Wuollet to adjourn. The meeting was adjourned at X.
