1. Jones called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm
2. Board members present: Katie Jones, Jon Scheer, Gena Jacobson, Jennifer Mealey, Melissa Muehring-Paulson and Paul Zabinski. Student Representative: Molly Klippenes and Noelle Scheer.
3. Mealey moved for the approval of Agenda Items. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
4. Organizational Business
A. Jones nominated Scheer as Board Chairperson for 2022. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 6-0. Jon Scheer is elected chair of the school board.
B. Scheer nominated Jones as Board Vice Chairperson for 2022. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 6-0. Katie Jones is elected chair of the school board.
C. Scheer nominated Jacobson as Board Clerk for 2022. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 6-0. Gena Jacobson is elected chair of the school board.
D. Zabinski nominated Muehring-Paulson as Board Treasurer for 2022. With no other nominations the board voted in favor 6-0. Melissa Muehring-Paulson is elected chair of the school board.
E. Jones made a motion to approve the Board Committee Assignments for 2022. Zabinski seconded. Motion carried 6-0.
F. Mealey moved to approve the board meeting dates, times and location for regular meetings for the 2022-23 School year. Muehring-Paulson seconded. Motion carried 6-0. G. Zabinski made a motion to approve the ISD 876 auditors, depositories, attorney, and board per diem for 2021. Mealey seconded. Motion carried 6-0.

Jones moved to approve of the Resolution that designates the Director of Business Services and Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent to perform the duties of the Clerk and Treasurer of the District. Mealey seconded. The following voted in favor: Scheer, Mealey, Zabinski, Jacobson, Muerhing-Paulson, and Jones. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared adopted. 5.
