Cleo Jean Parker (Bakken), 56, of South Haven passed away peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 18, surrounded by family and friends.
A celebration of life was held Saturday, Oct. 27 at the Kimball Legion Post 261.
Cleo is survived by her father, Ray Bakken of Waubun; sons, Shawn (Tiffany) Parker of Kimball and Joshua Parker of Litchfield; grandchildren, Everett, Charlie, Ezra, Damion and Jacop; siblings, Debbie Bakken, Rhoda Bakken and Robert (Joanne) Bakken all of Waubun; her best friend, Jim Paumen of South Haven.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lavon Bakken; and nephew, Roman Bakken.
Cleo Jean (Bakken) Parker was born on Oct. 28, 1961, in Park Rapids to Ray and the late Lavon Bakken (Degroat). Cleo was adventurous as a child and an adult. She loved the outdoors and creating beautiful crafts. She enjoyed life to the fullest from pulling traps to pulling on the one arm bandit. She reveled in her time spent with family and friends. Her contagious laugh and genuine care for others will be greatly missed.
