Francis C. 'Ozzie' Logeais
Francis C. "Ozzie" Logeais, 78, of Annandale died Monday, June 17, 2013, at the St. Cloud Hospital.
Mass of Christian Burial was Friday, June 21, at St. Ignatius Catholic Church in Annandale with Fr. Victor Valencia and Fr. Mark Pavlik as the Celebrants. Burial will follow at St. Ignatius Catholic Cemetery.
He is survived by his ever lovin' wife Mary; children and their spouses Mike and Ali of Minneapolis, Steve and Mary Jo of Annandale, Greg and Kelly of Maple Lake and Michele and Bryan Harju of South Haven; brother Jim and his wife Renee of Annandale; sister Carol Ann Goelz and her husband Jim of Maple Lake; and nine grandchildren.
Francis Canute "Ozzie" Logeais was born Aug. 20, 1934, in Annandale to Canute and Lillian (Dircks) Logeais. He attended Annandale High School and graduated with the class of 1952. Ozzie worked for his father at Canute Logeais & Sons in Annandale until Ozzie and his brother, Jim, purchased the company; they owned and operated the company as Logeais Oil. He was a member of St. Ignatius Catholic Church and of the Fr. O'Brien's Council Knights of Columbus #11345. Ozzie enjoyed swimming, playing the drums, the polka and the waltz, traveling the world and being with his grandkids.
Pallbearers: Grandchildren, John, Mitch, Sara, Abby, Tom and Nate Logeais, Anthony, Elizabeth and Bryanna Harju.
